Register your mobile number and e-mail address

The University of Skövde can no longer use BankID as a login method to obtain a new password. Students are therefor recommended to update account with complimentary information.

Swedish E-identity does not allow you to switch to another identity in the middle of the login flow when BankID is used. Because of this, University of Skövde can no longer use BankID as a login method.

In order for you to be able to reset your password in a quick and easy way in the future, we recommend that you log in with your regular user account at konto.his.se and register your mobile number and your "private" e-mail address (not your @his.se-address).

If you have forgotten your password, a time-limited code in two parts are sent, each via e-mail and SMS and these need to be used in combination. It is only possible if you are admitted at the University for the current semester and has an e-mail address and mobile number registered in the University's user database.

More options

You can also use one of the options below to reset your password.

  • Login via eduID at konto.his.se
  • Login via antagning.se with a confirmed user at konto.his.se
  • Visit at Helpdesk with an approved identity document

For those of you who do not have an eduID account or an Swedish admission account or have the opportunity to come to Skövde, the following applies:

  • For students who are registered in Sweden, a code is sent to the population registration address
  • For students who not are registered in Sweden, a code is sent to the address that I certified with a photo of identification and a copy of a household bill addressed to the person
