Student Health Service

Studying at university is usually associated with joy, development and knowledge for life. Sometimes it happens that the studies are perceived as too demanding. You may feel stressed, out of energy and have trouble sleeping. Perhaps something has happened in your private life that affects you and your studies negatively. You who are a student at the University of Skövde are welcome to visit us at student health service for counselling and support. We work to promote students' health and studies! You will find us in building E, on the second floor.

Support and advice

All people experience their everyday life and surroundings in different ways. Thoughts and problems differ. At the student health service, you can receive individual advice and support on, for example, stress, sleep, diet, anxiety/depression, relationships or guidance on how your lifestyle affects your physical and mental health.

We also have various webinars and lectures together with the University's study advisor. Procrastination and exam stress are some examples of what you can take part in.
