Order Transcript or Certificate of Registration

As long as you are registered for classes, you can create your own verifiable electronic certificates via Ladok.

Certificate of registration

This certificate shows the courses you are/have been registered for here at the University of Skövde. The information is taken directly from the University's database system used for documenting academic information.

Transcript

The transcript is a document that shows all of your passed courses/grades at the University of Skövde. On the transcript you will find your name, personal ID, course name, credits, grade and date of completion. The information is taken directly from the University's database system used for documenting academic information.

Note! Courses that you have failed are not shown on the transcript.

If you wish to order an official transcript of your student/ students' results, please write all the students' names and their Universtiy of Skövde personal ID number.

These transcripts and certificates are only valid for 90 days.
