Problems with applications in the computer room? Contact IT helpdesk!

Almost all applications for the forth semester are now installed in the University's computer rooms. Installations that include nearly 600 computers. During the first couple of weeks of the semester, the helpdesk has increased its employees in order to quickly provide support to both students and employees. The two applications still missing are Eclipse and Ableton.

If you have problems with an application in a computer room or with technology in a lecture hall, contact the helpdesk on phone number 0500–448800. You can also email – please write "application in computer room" in the subject line and give as concrete a description of the error as possible.

All support matters must go through the helpdesk and you can call between 8 am to 4 pm, closed for lunch 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. Before contacting helpdesk, it is good if you have looked into whether the error with the application affects one user or everyone in the room.
