From 1 April 2024, parking permits via Parkster apply to all University car parks.
On weekdays between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, only University students, employees and visitors to the University are allowed to park on campus.
There are two different types of parking permit: short-term parking and monthly parking. The monthly parking can be renewed automatically. The auto-renewal can be cancelled, for example during your summer vacation. The rules apply for both students and employees at the University of Skövde.
To obtain monthly parking:
- Create a Parkster account or use the one you already have
- Order a code at https://student.his.se/en/my-profile/parking/
- Register in Parkster using the code as a reference
AVARN Security is responsible for guarding parking spaces.
Hourly parking
Weekdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm: The first two hours are free, thereafter SEK 12 per hour
Other times: SEK 5 per hour
24-hour parking
Per day: SEK 70
Monthly parking
Per month: SEK 300 (SEK 100 until 31 August 2024)
