An information session will be offered in Zoom for all buddies and one at the University. Both sessions are mandatory for all buddies.

You will receive an invitation by email.

As a new buddy, you will receive two buddy t-shirts. To avoid unnecessary waste of shirts, we use the same color and print on buddy t-shirts every year, so it is encouraged to reuse your old buddy t-shirt if it's in good condition. If you, as a previous buddy, have lost your t-shirt, you can get an extra one.

Programme buddy

Below is the information you need to fill in only if you want to be a buddy for a programme. If you just want to sign up as an international buddy, you will be part of and have a shared responsibility for all new international students during that week.

Please rank the three programmes for which you would like to become a buddy.

Contact buddy

Being a contact buddy means that you are the contact person for the buddy group with the University, both for the programme coordinator for your programme and the person who receives all the contact information for your new students after the registration has closed. Contact buddies are not expected to take any leadership responsibility for the buddy group.
