The University of Skövde is part of INGENIUM, European University where universities from ten countries collaborate in a number of different fields. Twice a year, the event 10 Days of INGENIUM is organised and students and staff meet at one of the universities. Now, as a first year Master's student, you have the opportunity to go to the University of Rouen Normandy in May. During workshops, lectures and various activities, you get to know other Master’s students, PhD students and young researchers from other European countries.

Olympic tournament on campus

The INGENIUM Senior Summer School will be focused around a commitment to social responsibility, biological diversity and sustainable development. France is the host country for the Summer Olympics Games 2024 and therefor INGENIUM will arrange its own Olympic tournament on campus. Maybe tug-of-war, sitting volleyball or indoor rowing are sports for you? Either way, it will be a fun and educative experience and also an opportunity to make new friends from other countries. Besides that, the INGENIUM Summer School is good to have on your resume.

The Senior Summer School is aimed at Master’s and PhD students from all disciplines and each university can have five participants. Apply by April 14 and you can be one of the participants from the University of Skövde. However, before you apply, make sure that you don't have any exams or other compulsory courses during the week of Senior School.
