Updated opening hours for IT helpdesk

The opening hours for IT support and helpdesk will change on Fridays from April 5.

The opening hours are shortened on Fridays and the change is based on a needs analysis of when support is requested.

The support team is staffed just as before and they continue to work on cases even when the visitor desk and phone are closed.

  • Monday-Thursday 10:00-14:30
  • Friday 10:00-11:30

Closed for lunch break 11:30-12:30

  • Thursday 08:00-08:30 and 09:30-16:00
  • Friday 08:00-15:00
