New opportunities to change your password via Zoom

Today,May 2, at 12: 30-16: 30 and Tuesday May 3,at 08: 00-12:00 and 12:30-16: 30 are there new opportunities for you to change your password via Zoom. This if you cannot get to the IT helpdesk at the University.

You need to have your ID card ready and good a resolution on your webcam (mobile phone works best).

All students are admitted to a common meeting room and then the Helpdesk invites one student at a time in a private breakout room where ID check and password change takes place.

To be able to help as many students as possible, we refer questions other than password change to Helpdesk's physical disk or helpdesk@his.se during regular opening hours.
