Friday, May 6, between 8.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00, is the last opportunity to get help to change the password via Zoom.
After May 6 you can still get help to change your password, but then you need to be at the University and go to the IT Helpdesk, in Building E, 2nd floor.

You need to have your ID card ready and good a resolution on your webcam (mobile phone works best).
All students are admitted to a common meeting room and then the Helpdesk invites one student at a time in a private breakout room where ID check and password change takes place.
To be able to help as many students as possible, we refer questions other than password change to Helpdesk's physical disk or helpdesk@his.se during regular opening hours.
