On Thursday April 28, it is possible to change passwords via Zoom for those who cannot come to the IT Helpdesk in the E-building on campus. Zoom is open 12:00-16:30.

You need to have your ID card ready and good a resolution on your webcam (mobile phone works best).
All students are admitted to a common meeting room and then the Helpdesk invites one student at a time in a private breakout room where ID check and password change takes place.
To be able to help as many students as possible, we refer questions other than password change to Helpdesk's physical disk or helpdesk@his.se during regular opening hours.
