Students work temporarily in the IT helpdesk

During the first weeks of the autumn semester many students come to the IT helpdesk's visitor desk for support. During this time six students will work in the helpdesk.

Together with employees from the Office for Service, IT and Security, they will give support to both new and old students. The six students are all studying Network and System Administration at the University.

IT helpdesk is open 8am-4pm, and closed for lunch 11.30am-12.30pm.
