The University now implements additional measures to protect IT systems against cyber-attacks. The work makes it difficult to log in to the student computers on campus in the following days. IT Helpdesk is closed for visitors on Maundy Thursday, 14 April, but you can always send an email.
The number of cyber-attacks against Swedish companies, authorities and organisations has increased. The University of Skövde has also been, and is, exposed. IT Services Office is now taking more measures to protect the system. However, the work might affect the student computers on campus as it can be problems logging in. If you log in from your own computer, you will have access to Canvas and other education systems.
IT Helpdesk is closed for visitors on April 14, but you can always send an email heltpdesk@his.se
At present, we do not know how long the login problems in the student computers will remain. We will update you on the situation on the Student Portal.
