Information about search function, IT Helpdesk and computer rooms

The University is now experiencing problems with the search function on both the external web and on the Student Portal. Employees work to solve the problem.

Opening hours IT Helpdesk May 9–13

The visitor desk is open at 8.30-11.30.
Phone hours: 8.00-11.30 and 12.30-16.00. Thursday closed between 8.30-9.30.

Let us know if you have any problems in the computer rooms

Remember to notify Datorsal-helpdesk@his.se if it does not work in the computer rooms. That e-mail address only applies to matters connected to the computer rooms. If you have other IT-related problems / questions, email helpdesk@his.se instead.
