Students who receive a digital degree certificate can easily get and share the degree certificate with external parts such as potential employers. Your certificate is preserved in "Ladok for students", therefore you can retrieve it every time you need the certificate.

Students who already have a physical degree certificate issued cannot receive a digital degree certificate as well.

Most universities in Sweden are in the process of introducing digital degree certificates.
