All applications for the fourth study period are now installed in the University's computer rooms. During the first couple of weeks of the semester, the helpdesk has increased its employees in order to quickly provide support to both students and employees.
For some courses later on this semester, six applications remain. They are: Android Studio, Siemens NX, Visma Administration, Axure RP, Balsamiq Wireframes for Desktop and Figma.

If you have problems with an application in a computer room or with technology in a lecture hall, contact the helpdesk on phone number 0500–448800. You can also email helpdesk@his.se – please write "application in computer room" in the subject line and give as concrete a description of the error as possible.
All support matters must go through the helpdesk and you can call between 8am to 4pm, closed for lunch 11.30am to 12.30pm. You can also visit IT helpdesk, Building E, 2nd floor (at the Student Affairs Office).
