Adjustments in Helpdesk's opening hours

Helpdesk in Building E will have adjusted opening hours at the physical helpdesk starting 1 June.

Helpdesk service desk will henceforth be open for drop-in visits in the mornings. Afternoons will be reserved for booked appointments. At other times, you are welcome to call 0500 – 44 88 00 or email helpdesk@his.se.

Relocated resourses

In order to ensure long-term financial balance, the University needs to identify areas where we can work more efficiently.

– We have analysed the demand for support from Helpdesk and found that we can still meet the needs even with slightly adjusted opening hours. This enables us to provide more focused and needs-based support, while freeing up time and resources that can be used more strategically, says Lollo Ghasem, Director of Service and Digital Services, SITS.

– We are committed to ensuring that you, as a user, continue to receive the support you need. That’s why we are continuing to develop both our digital services and our working methods, making it easier for you to find answers and get in touch with us.
