Dive into the theme of health and well-being! Engage in hands-on exercises to manage stress, inspiring workshops on time management and problem-solving, and collaborative projects that give you practical tools to support both your academic journey and personal well-being.
In addition to the on-site course week, one or two digital sessions may be scheduled before and/or after the program. Participation in these online sessions is mandatory to earn your academic credits.
Coverage of travel and accommodation expenses
Travel and accommodation are funded through an Erasmus scholarship, which is paid retroactively. If you are a fee-paying student at the University of Skövde, an additional tuition fee applies.
