Cover sheet for home examination

All home exams must have a fully completed cover sheet. You can obtain a cover sheet in one of the following ways:
  1. The teacher includes a cover sheet with the home exam paper.
  2. Print out the cover sheet via the link “Cover sheet for home examination” below.
  3. Pick up a cover sheet from outside the Student Affairs Office.

Unless a folded cover (A3) is being used, the cover should be placed at the front and stapled to the rest of the examination.
