We Work for Gender Equality in Education

At the University of Skövde, gender equality is a given. We actively work to offer norm-conscious education and an inclusive study environment, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities.

Gender mainstreaming is evident in the content of our programmes, where equal conditions and diversity are integrated into both course objectives and teaching.

As a student, you will notice this in the selection of course literature, seminars, and examinations, where we ensure that a gender equality perspective permeates the education. The goal is to provide all students with a fair and inclusive education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
