Changed Opening Hours and Locking Procedures

• The back doors (facing the railway) of Portalen will remain permanently locked. They require a key fob/card and code to be opened.
• The front doors (facing the main car park) of sections 3, 3A and 3B will be open on weekdays from 07:30 to 15:00. Outside of these hours – that is, after 15:00 as well as during weekends – the doors will be locked and will require a key fob/card and code for access.

Do Not Let in Unauthorised Individuals

• Do not allow entry to people you do not know, even if you are the one opening the door.
• If you use an automatic door opener when the door is supposed to be locked, wait for the door to close and ensure that no unauthorised person enters before you move on.

Be Vigilant in Shared Spaces

• If you encounter individuals behaving suspiciously or appearing uncertain, feel free to ask whom they are looking for or if you can assist them in any way. If they cannot give a satisfactory answer:
  • Call the security company Avarn at 010-210 90 00 to report that there may be an unauthorised individual in the premises.

IMPORTANT! Never attempt to remove someone using physical force. That is a task for a security officer or the police.

In Case of an Ongoing Crime

• Leave the building and call 112.
