New routine for collecting written exams

Starting 15th April you will be notified through your student e-mail when your written examinations are available to collect at the Student Affairs Office.

These automatic notification e-mails are only sent to the students who have written each specific examination.

If you have taken multiple written examinations on the same day, a separate e-mail will be sent for each examination available to collect at the Student Affairs Office.

Physical Reception

Monday–Friday at 10:00–11:30, 12:30–14:30

Changed opening hours during Christmas and New Year

  • During the period 22 December–9 January, the reception desk is only open in the mornings, and on 2 January, it is closed all day. The telephone hours on 22–23 December and 28–29 December have been changed to the afternoons between 13:00 and 14:00.
