How to get an Access card

To apply for an Access card, log in to the Student Portal, go to My Profile and click on the link Access Card Application Form. Print the form and fill it in; then collect your card in Building G, floor 1, opposite the reception. Bring valid ID when collecting the card.

What applies?

• The access card with PIN code is personal.
• You must not lend or give it to anyone else.
• Your use of the card is logged.
• You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised person uses your card.

If you break the rules, for example by lending your access card, it may be blocked.

Problems with the Access card

If you have lost your card, forgotten the PIN code, or if the card has stopped working, contact the Technical and Administrative Services (TAS) by email at tas@his.se.

The same applies if you have changed or added a programme or course and need updated access rights.

It is important that you use your student email when contacting TAS.
