2025-11-10 - 2025-11-14
00:00 - 23:59
Campus and online

Welcome to a week filled with activities and inspiration focusing on the sustainability challenges we face.

During the Sustainability Week, students, teachers, researchers, and staff come together to explore and take action on major sustainability challenges, for example, those linked to the UN’s Global Goals, societal impact, and the skills needed for the future.

INGENIUM Sustainability Week is a themed event organized within the framework of the European University alliance, European University INGENIUM.

Tuesday 11 November

Balanced Student Life

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a balance between your studies and all the other things you want to fill your life with.

On Tuesday, November 11, from 15:00–16:00 in room D201 and on Zoom, the Student Health Service will give a talk on Balanced Student Life. During the lecture, you’ll get tips on how to make student life work in a way that is sustainable and meaningful. The lecture is part of INGENIUM’s Sustainability Week.

The lecture will be held in Swedish.

Friday 14 November

Interactive Workshop on Social Sustainability: Intercultural Inclusion

On Friday, November 14, from 10:15–12:00 in room G116, students and staff are welcome to an exciting and interactive workshop on inclusion and intercultural competence!

In this session, led by Ines Nikšić and Karin Jonegård, we will explore how culture and diversity affect communication, collaboration, and our understanding of one another in a globalized world. By increasing your awareness of diversity, improving cross-cultural communication, and promoting inclusive practices, you’ll be better equipped to contribute to social sustainability in today’s interconnected world.

Through a combination of theory, reflective discussions, and mostly practical activities, you will gain valuable insights and tools to help you understand and challenge norms, creating more inclusive and equitable environments.
