Get the Authenticator app now
The University is now enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for a range of digital systems, such as TimeEdit, OneDrive and, shortly, your email. To log in to the systems in future, you will need to download the Authenticator app on your mobile device and activate MFA.
Activate: follow the instructions to activate MFA (HelpIT)
Reset: follow the instructions to reset MFA (HelpIT)
A reset is required when you already have MFA activated but no longer have access to your authentication app, for example if you have changed your phone.
Activate MFA no later than 15 October.
