Ladok for students

Courses/registrations are not visible in Ladok for students.

In Ladok for students you may:

• Obtain verifiable official documents: Certificate of anticipated participation (admitted to but not yet registered to), Certificate of registration, Official transcript of records, National official transcript of records
• Apply for degree certificate, see information about degree certificate and share degree certificate with others
• Apply for crediting (credit transfer)
• See semester fee invoices (applies to new fee-paying students from autumn semester 2023 and forward)

Former student - alumni

Even if you no longer have a user account at our university or at Universtityadmission.se you may still log in to Ladok for students through the link at the bottom "Ladok for alumni" and access a limited part of the content in Ladok for students. This requires a BankID or Freja eID+.

In Ladok for students "Ladok for alumni" you may:

• Obtain verifiable official documents: Official transcript of records, National official transcript of records
• Apply for degree certificates, see information about degree certificate, share information about degree certificate
